    What’s your earliest memory?

    My earliest memory is from a horse accident I had when I was three. I briefly remember the fall but I remember parts of the drive to the hospital: being covered in sand; muffled voice, my mom and the barn manager; someone hitting the flashers on the car; and the strip of highway we were on. That’s the most vivid memory I have of my baby years.
