Games...
I understand the internet is a great place for games, I’ve already found a bunch on there, but I’m just wondering if anyone on here has any games they’ve created that are great.  Just looking to compile a list of games for the students to be used in left over time in class and just because.  So, does anyone have any games?

The Daily Hour of Awkwardness
My day of teaching is 8 hours with one hour blocked in for complete awkwardness, the lunch hour. My personality is a strange combination of introverted and extroverted, and this combination shines brightly during the hour of awkwardness.  Each day the lunch bell rings at 12:30 and the students run from my classroom to their respective eating areas, some are in their classrooms, some are in a...

Damn Delicious: Chicken Salad with Dried Cherries... →
damndelicious: Because I like to focus on making dinner, I usually don’t cook during lunchtime. But now I’ve found a wonderfully quick and easy lunch dish that’s super light, healthy, and filling. The only cooking part involved in this dish is the chicken breast. That’s it. Once the chicken is fully cooked…

What have I learned from my teachers dinner:
The hysterical comedian teacher wants to learn English so we can talk. I’m beautiful. The comedian teacher likes American highways. He visited: la, San Fran, Malibu, and Vegas over break. I have a kind nature. I like alcohol. My VP wants to become a P but she cannot. She is in a sensitive state.

Always the last to know
Our school year is over. Teachers are leaving. I was halfway out of the door and saying good by to my co-workers that are leaving when they freaked and said we had a dinner tonight. My main co-teacher looked at me exasperated when she found out we had the dinner, too, and said “seriously?” Ok, Korea.

vegcity: Something raw to chew on. I just had the best, super energizing dinner. I needed something with LOTS of good stuff because I’m a huge slacker and need to cram my brain tonight. I opted for something raw and fresh-nutrients at their best. I had a kale salad topped with freshly made sprouted…

Doubts
Or better known as getting restless.  In my recent posts I’ve been no stranger to mentioning we’re in a state of desk warming. I haven’t taught a class, like, really taught a class since the beginning of December and then winter camp in January. I’ve just been at my desk keeping it warm. My mind’s been occupied; my mother always said “boring people are...

What is it like?
flock-of-synopsis: i’ve got a list of thoughts to think before my life is dead. my worries eat my humble soul, there’s no worries if you’re dead. but on the days i plead and beg of Death to save me from my soul, my worries will forever leave and i’ll find solace, i’ll find home. Love this.

How to Remove Your Google Search History Before... →
world-shaker: On March 1st, Google will implement its new, unified privacy policy, which will affect data Google has collected on you prior to March 1st as well as data it collects on you in the future. Until now, your Google Web History (your Google searches and sites visited) was cordoned off from Google’s other products. This protection was especially important because search data can...

kasiainkorea replied to your link: Ask Me Anything: What’s your earliest memory? My earliest memory is from a horse accident I had when I was three. I briefly remember the fall but I remember parts of the drive to the hospital: being covered in sand; muffled voice, my mom and the barn manager; someone hitting the flashers on the car; and the strip of highway we were on. That’s the most...

I’m always looking for good recipes for one person. In my search today I found these websites and they look pretty great: http://www.marieclaire.com/celebrity-lifestyle/articles/livingalonerecipes I particularly like this one because it gives you a Costco shopping list and then stuff you can make with the above list.  http://www.gourmetrecipesforone.com/ This link is also great because...
